Gregg McNally is combining his playing career at Rochdale Hornets with on-the-job training to become a Special Educational Needs teacher at EdStart in Salford.
In this short video, Gregg talks about the challenges that come from playing, training and working full-time, the pressures on home life and the rewarding nature of working in a role that helps troubled young people turn their lives around.
It's one of the most rewarding jobs you can have. Every day is different and the kids really keep you on your toes! I know quite a few players who've gone into education and they all love what they do. We're a tight-knit team here at EdStart and the camaraderie is brilliant.
