Huddersfield Giants second row Josh Jones has been a big supporter of Offload, the mental fitness programme from RL Cares, since its launch in 2017.
In this short video from the launch of Offload, Josh, who was then a Salford player, opens up about his battles with poor mental health and how speaking to friends and family is helping him cope.
Anxiety and depression are big challenges for me. I go through it every day and it can be tough to deal with. Talking to my player welfare manager, family and friends has been a real help.
