Shaun Lunt: 'I was a monster'

BBC rugby league correspondent Dave Woods is joined by former Super League star Shaun Lunt in a special episode 5 Live Podcast to talk about the illness that left him battling for his mental health.

After getting the all-clear from sepsis, I was diagnosed with post-sepsis syndrome, which is very similar to PTSD. That's when my world turned upside down and I hit rock bottom. My kids didn't even want to be in the same room as me.
