'When I grow up I want to be' is a fun, friendly and informative careers podcast for women presented by Lynsey Hyslop, the Senior Player Development Manager at the Rugby Players Association.

For the last 15 years Lynsey has been working with individuals ranging from elite athletes, Olympians and serving prisoners on their personal and professional development, to give them an insight in to different industries, roles and careers. She is a personal development specialist who just wants to open up the knowledge people have around their career options and the routes in to them.
