Paul Sculthorpe MBE discusses his retirement and how he channelled his competitive nature into new activities.
In this short video, the former St Helens and Great Britain captain chats about the challenges of hanging up his boots and how his involvement in the Steve Prescott Foundation has given him a new lease of life.
Steve Prescott was given just six months to live in 2007 but his discipline, persistence and self-belief and refusal to give in enabled him to defy the odds and complete some amazing challenges over the next six years.
