He mentions how the simple things in life are important and that his goal was to be a first-grade player before his dad passed away. He says he learned the most from being around a group of different personalities and taking what he liked from each one.
He also speaks about his confidence and how he believed he could add to the team and make a better job than some of the players. He mentions having internal conversations with his coach Steve McNamara and that he had a good gauge on what was happening around him, which gave him confidence.
