Former Wakefield Trinity players Graham and Martin Law now run a successful gym and fitness business, but their journey into retirement hasn't always been smooth.
RL Cares Transition Manager Francis Stephenson caught up with the two brothers to hear more about their experiences and to chat about an exciting new project that aims to bring other retired players back together for weekly social events at their gym in Wakefield.
With the help of Rugby League Cares we're looking to bring together past players from lots of different eras on Saturday mornings. We'll all get stuck in together and do a 30-40 minute circuit and then have a coffee and some breakfast and turn back the clock!
