Former Great Britain, Bradford Bulls and St Helens prop Paul Anderson is forging a successful career guiding the international stars of tomorrow in his role as the RFL's Head of Talent Pathway for the men's running game.
In this short video, RL Cares Head of Curriculums and Work Programmes Steve Hardisty chats with Paul about the wellbeing support the charity provides within the game's representative programmes and the important of welfare provision for both players and coaches.
Steve will be providing wellbeing support to the England Academy (Under 18s) players this summer as part of their international against France in July.
Everything we do should be around giving players the best experience we possibly can. When young players come into our environment we want to give them every resource possible so that they can be the best they can be.
