Law Brothers Brew Up Success with St Johns Coffee Club.

It seems more and more these days that our Rugby League heroes are swapping their boots for barista aprons!  Following in the footsteps of the likes of Lee Mossop, Ash Golding and Cameron Smith, former Wakefield Trinity stars, Martin and Graham Law, have expanded their business empire with the recent opening of the St Johns Coffee Club.

Located beneath their thriving personal training studio, St Johns Health & Fitness, the Coffee Club is the perfect addition for their clientele and the local community. But what inspired this caffeinated venture?

"We saw a real opportunity to create a social hub where our gym members and the wider community could connect," explains Graham. "It's a place to relax, refuel and enjoy quality coffee after a workout or just catch up with friends."

Martin adds, "The coffee shop complements our existing business perfectly. It's all about promoting a healthy lifestyle, and that includes enjoying good food and drink in a welcoming environment."

Of course, venturing into a new industry requires careful planning and preparation. The brothers invested time in researching the coffee market, sourcing the finest beans and equipment, and undergoing barista training to ensure they deliver a top-notch experience.

"We wanted to offer something special," says Graham. "We've carefully crafted our menu to include a range of speciality coffees, teas and healthy snacks, all made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients."

The Law brothers haven't gone it alone in this venture. Their partners are actively involved in the business, bringing their own unique skills and perspectives to the table. And adding to the Rugby League connection, current Wakefield Trinity player Jay Pitts is also part of the team.

"The transition from the pitch to the business world can be challenging, but it's definitely achievable," says Graham. "The skills we learned in rugby, like teamwork, discipline, and resilience, are invaluable in any career."
