Supporting the England Community Lions

As well as providing welfare support to the England men, women and wheelchair teams, Rugby League Cares also support players involved in the England Community Lions programme.

In this short video, RL Cares Director of Welfare Steve McCormack and the RFL's National Development Manager Alan Davidson explain why the charity's link with the England Community Lions is so important.

It's really important that the England Community Lions players are supported on and off the pitch and it's great to link up with RL Cares and replicate the successful welfare support they provide to the England Performance Unit.
