In this edition of the BBC 5 Live podcast, Dave Woods and Kevin Brown chat to St Helens half-back Faye Gaskin.
Faye talks about her joy at helping Saints reach Wembley and reflects on a dark period in her life when a serious injury sidelined her for a year, prompting her to turn to Rugby League Cares for support.
There were days when I'd get to training and spend the entire session doing rehab on my own. When the physio told me I'd never fully recover and that arthritis would set in, it left me in a dark place. Then I spent time with the people at Rugby League Cares and realised I needed help. Darren at RL Cares saved me from the darkest time.
